Please observe the following rules regarding donations to political candidates. Any
donation that does not comply with these rules will be rejected or returned.
1. You must include your full name, address, and occupation.
2. Donations must not exceed $500.00 per person per campaign season (the
primary campaign and general election campaigns are separate and thus count as
two sessions.
3. All information supplied by you will be published as public records with the
Secretary of State's office.
